On missing days

Missed yesterday. And the day before. These things happen.

The trap is treating a break as a verdict. Two missed days doesn’t mean the habit is gone — it means two days passed without it. That’s all.

You start again the next morning. Not dramatically, not with a new plan. You just sit down. The practice doesn’t hold a grudge.

What matters is the pattern over months, not the streak over days.
